Mental Health Counseling

Sam's approach to mental health counseling is centered on warmth and empathy.  She aims to provide a safe space for clients to observe their challenges and apply their strengths and skills to make healthier choices toward improved overall satisfaction and quality of life.   


Yoga 

Sam's approach to yoga instruction is all about empowering students to meet themselves where they are presently and develop their own unique yoga practice toward increased strength, flexibility, vitality, peace and joy.   


Dance & Movement Therapy 

Sam guides expressive  movement sessions to further process and relieve stress, individually or in small groups.
